AI-Generated Music
Our services generate original instrumental music using artificial intelligence. The following terms apply to music tracks you generate with Tonelune:
- Ownership: As between you and us, you own the tracks you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
- Free plan: Tracks generated on the Free plan are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Paid plans: While your Pro or Lifetime plan is active, every track you generate comes with a royalty-free commercial license. You may use those tracks in monetized content — including videos, podcasts, streams, games, and client work — without attribution. See the Commercial License page for details.
- No exclusivity: AI models may produce similar outputs for different users. We do not guarantee that generated tracks are unique or exclusive to you.
- Third-party engines: Generation is performed by third-party AI music engines; their availability, speed, and output quality may vary.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
- Use our services to generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including imitating the voice or style of specific artists or reproducing copyrighted works
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense generated tracks as a standalone music product, royalty-free music library, or competing AI music service
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
